The process
Four steps.Cash at pickup.
No listing fees, no auction commission, no tyre-kickers walking your yard. You send photos, we send a firm number, and if you accept we arrange the truck and pay you when the forklift is loaded.

Step by step
What actually happens
Nothing here is unusual. It is the same process a dealer would run, minus the months of waiting for a retail buyer and minus the commission.
Send the specs
Make, model, year, hours, fuel type, capacity, and mast. Photos of the four corners, the mast, and the data plate. Call it in or use the form.
Get a cash offer in 24 hours
We price against live wholesale and auction data, not a guess. You get a real number, in writing, usually the same day.
We pick it up and pay
We schedule the rigging and transport at our cost and you are paid at the time of pickup. No fees taken out of the number.
Why we can quote in 24 hours
Because forklifts are all we buy. A general used-equipment dealer handling excavators, generators, and lift trucks has to research every category. We already know what a 5,000 lb LP cushion truck with 9,000 hours resells for, and we know which models are worth reconditioning versus which ones are worth more as parts and steel. That specialisation is the entire reason the number comes back fast and the entire reason it holds.
What we need from you, exactly
Photos of the four corners, the data plate, the hour meter, and the mast fully lowered. Then tell us whether it runs and lifts. That is genuinely enough for a firm offer on most machines. Anything you leave out becomes a surprise for our driver, and surprises are what force re-quotes.

Who pays for what
We pay for rigging, loading, freight, and any permits heavy-haul requires. You pay for nothing. There is no deduction for transport hidden inside the offer figure and no invoice afterward. If the machine is buried behind racking or needs a crane over a wall, we will tell you plainly how that affects the number before you agree to anything.
Questions
Process questions, answered
- How fast can I actually get paid?
- Most sellers have a firm written offer within 24 hours of sending photos and specs, and payment happens at pickup. Pickup timing depends on where you are and what else is moving on that lane — often within a few business days, sometimes the same week. Call (954) 740-1983 and we will tell you the honest window for your ZIP code rather than a marketing promise.
- What form does payment take?
- Wire, company check, or cash, whichever you prefer. Payment clears before or at the moment the forklift leaves your property. We do not use consignment, we do not pay after resale, and we do not hold back part of the number pending inspection at our yard.
- Does the offer change when the driver arrives?
- Not if the machine matches what you described. The photos and hour meter reading are what we price against, so accurate information up front means the number holds. If a truck was described as running and it will not start, we re-quote on the spot — that is the only scenario where the figure moves.
- Do I have to clean or repair the forklift first?
- No. Do not spend a dollar on it. Fresh paint does not raise our offer and a repair almost never returns what it costs you. We buy trucks covered in warehouse dust, leaking hydraulic fluid, and with the seat torn open. Describe it accurately and let us handle the rest.
- What paperwork do I need?
- A bill of sale, which we prepare, plus proof you have authority to sell — typically that is it. Forklifts are not titled like road vehicles in most states. If the machine is under a lease or has a lien, tell us early so we can work through the payoff properly instead of discovering it at pickup.
- What if my forklift is inside a building?
- Very common and not a problem. We need to know the door dimensions and whether there is a level path out. Our rigging crews move machines out of tight interior spaces routinely. What we cannot do is guess — send a photo of the exit route along with the machine photos.
