Whether you call or email, the same short list of facts is what turns a conversation into a firm number. Make, model, year, hour meter reading, fuel type, capacity, mast configuration, and whether the machine runs and lifts. Photos of the four corners, the data plate, and the hour meter finish the picture.
If you are clearing several machines, a simple list works fine — one line per unit. Group pickups reduce our freight cost per machine and that improves what we can pay per unit, so it is worth mentioning everything you have even if some of it does not run.
